Making a purchase

Your order will be processed by safe and secure method Paypal. No credit card details are stored by us on our website. No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order. All goods are sold subject to availability, and can be placed on back order. Once we have received the authorization for your payment we will send out your order by recorded delivery.

Delivery

As all of our products are custom made, we aim to dispatch your order within 14 working days. If you require your order for the specific date please contact us. Please allow extra time around busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's day, Easter and Mother's day. Standard Uk delivery £4.95

Special gift wrapping is complimentary. Please contact us directly for international orders.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown in this website are quoted in pound sterling and exclusive of VAT ( we are not VAT registered). We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery or performance of our obligations to you, to increase the price of the goods to reflect any increase in the cost to us due to any factor beyond our control (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture). In the unlikely event of this occurring, you shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery.

Guarantee/Refunds

Feather & Twig will offer you exchange or refund of the full purchase price, including the cost of delivery for sending the goods to you, and the cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us, only if the item is faulty or has been damaged on delivery. Please note that images may be cropped by a few mm to fit the block. Also, the appearance of the image may vary somewhat according to the natural colour of the wood. This however will not affect the quality of the product. We can not guarantee the quality of the print if we are provided with image of very small resolution.

Proof of Posting /Returns

For your own protection, you are strongly advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason for the return. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.
